• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Failure of the embedded multi-core unit
• Issues with Power supply or main unit
• Faulty components or functionality

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

1. Contact our customer support team at support@agroglide.com
2. Provide your proof of purchase, product model, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. If required, ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by AgroGlide™, and it supersedes any other warranties, express or implied. We do not assume any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.

AgroGlide™ shall not be liable, and neither the Customer nor any third party shall be entitled to recover from AgroGlide™ any general, special, incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages of any nature or type (including, but not limited to, damages to crops or equipment caused by product malfunction, losses or damages resulting from shutdowns or service interruptions, loss of use, non-operation of the products or any equipment, loss of information, loss of power or cost of replacement power, loss of profits or revenue, loss of contracts, loss of capital inventory or use charges, cost of purchased or replacement power, interest charges or cost of capital, or claims by the Customer’s clients or any third party), even if AgroGlide™ is aware, or should have been aware, of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall AgroGlide™'s liability exceed the purchase price of the AgroGlide™ products.
